In my book bag, I have no fewer than three RPG books and a boardgame. I’m concerned that a mugger will think I’m a geek…
“Trick ‘R Treat” has usurped “Halloween” as my annual pumpkin carving film. So terrifically Halloweentastic.

Dear The Internet & Collected Geekdom: I would like to thank you for not spoiling the end of Battlestar Galactica. It was much appreciated.
Credit where credit is due, Netflix… Next time, just try using a smaller focus group on your bold new ideas, yeah?

Dubbed anime sounds like a recording of a cold table read by high school students. We don’t dub any other foreign language media, why this?
5 years ago some jackwad bought entropyblues.com to sell it to me for 1K$. Now he’s pleading for me to buy it for 97$. Cool investment, bro!
Just so we’re all on the same page, revenge movies are now obsolete, thanks to “I Saw the Devil”, and I am not sure you should watch it.
Wonderful. A low grade fever means I can’t hold my daughter for at least 48 hours & my wife will be doomed to a couple of sleepless nights.
Lake Mungo is the best horror film I’ve seen in a long time. Honest, eerie, subtle, and clever with reserved, heartbreaking performances.

Morning visit to the NICU. Rivka is doing awesome. She breastfed ahead of schedule for a 33 weeker. Her mother’s daughter, for sure.

To the little shit who spat his gum out on the floor of the bus so it ended up mashed on my favorite leather bag: I’m coming for you.
While bumbling through the seed stitch I fucked up purling so bad I basically invented a new stitch. A terrible, pointless disaster stitch.
Trying to decide between joining a savage pillaging horde or forming a monastic order devoted to protecting earthly treasures and knowledge.
Welp, I’m heading over to wikipedia to watch an article get vandalized and locked down.

Now that we’ve crossed the unknown frontier of the first trimester, I can say: I’m going to be a dad.
I feel like I start a lot of sentences with “I feel like”.
Lady who just called me claiming to be from “my local news station”: A) Which one? B) You have a Utah area code. So, forgive my suspicions.
So glad I managed to get over to GDC. Saw an amazing talk on story and narrative in social games. Or rather the unrealized potential.

I am deeply amused that apple’s iphone support forum is not optimized to be viewed on an iphone.
These dudes who’re coming out of the Cake show at the Fillmore are exactly the sorts of dudes I would expect to be at a Cake show.
